Description
The 42.5-square-meter apartment is located on Breus Street on the fourth floor of a sixteen-story building. The building was constructed in 2015 by the company Stikon. The room has a unique layout that allows for separating the sleeping area from the workspace. There is a niche in the wall that was built for soundproofing. The walls and ceiling are also soundproofed. The kitchen-dining room is spacious and bright. There’s a very nice balcony, which I turned into a veranda this summer. Here, you can entertain guests in the summer, and an elderly person or someone with limited mobility can sit here all day. The building’s courtyard features a playground and a barbecue area. You can find a place to park your car around the building. It’s cozy here, with plenty of flowers and trees. In the morning, the apartment is quiet and cool. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the city center from here without traffic. Nearby are the Malynovsky Market, a school, a supermarket, and a bazaar. The building has 24-hour security and is safe. There is a generator.
