Description
The cottage is located in a shady park-like area. Magnificent chestnut and sycamore trees were planted way back in 1948.
It’s just a 4-minute walk down a private path to a cozy (little-known) beach.
The house has been comfortably renovated.
The doors are wooden, made of ash.
On the first level is a spacious kitchen-dining room that opens onto a courtyard (near
1 sotka)
The staircase to the second floor features marble steps and elegant, high-end wrought-iron handrails.
The second level houses a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the third level is a magnificent, large (30 sq. m) terrace with a stunning view of our legendary park and the sea. And today’s study could be converted into
a billiards room, a library, a gym, or another bedroom.
All rooms are thoughtfully equipped with convenient storage space provided by sliding-door wardrobes.
Directly on the first level of the house is a well-maintained garage (20 sq. m), which can be used as an additional room if desired.
There is space for two cars right by the entrance.
The house’s complete self-sufficiency is ensured by a two-circuit gas boiler, a water storage tank, and a generator.
